What you can't see in this picture is more than a thousand people dancing.

Working in New Port Richey, Florida. It was just before sunset and we would play well into the night. Have you noticed we all have black hair and we are wearing shades. Only the hair dresser knows for sure! I'm not sure what was up with the shades. This is a view taken by Jimmy from behind the drums.

Recent snap shots of Jimmy
Look at the gray hair! I don't color it any longer folks.
Remember me in this moment as it is the way I will always remember you.

Debra in Florida, on the road with Jimmy, the year before their son was born. You need to hear Jimmy tell the story of the prayer, and the answer to it, that cemented their marriage from the start.
He is available to speak to church groups and this story is true and relates a miracle of prayer that happened in the Spring of 1967.
What About These!

Whoa! Could this be Jimmy as a Deputy Sheriff about 1973, the years he was missing from music. What do you think?

Can you pick Jimmy Dee out in this old school picture? It's the way he looked when his first record was released.
Let us know if you found him!
If you really must know, the answer is on the Bio page.
